Our Operations Hub
The centralized Contact Center / Data Center serves as the hub of operations for the HRC. Trained professionals interface with callers and link them with a variety of resources.
- Information on homeownership and rental opportunities
- Initial intake for homebuyer education and counseling
- Phone counseling to perform housing triage and conduct general counseling (e.g., foreclosure mitigation)
- Scheduling for group or one-on-one counseling sessions
- Processing of maintenance work orders for multi-family and temporary housing units
- Reminder calls to make certain customers do not miss important appointments
- Customized reporting
- Customized web pages and customer portals
- Compliance and quality control services
- Instilling accountability across all aspects of a project
