Our Operations Hub

The centralized Contact Center / Data Center serves as the hub of operations for the HRC.  Trained professionals interface with callers and link them with a variety of resources.

  • Information on homeownership and rental opportunities
  • Initial intake for homebuyer education and counseling
  • Phone counseling to perform housing triage and conduct general counseling (e.g., foreclosure mitigation)
  • Scheduling for group or one-on-one counseling sessions
  • Processing of maintenance work orders for multi-family and temporary housing units
  • Reminder calls to make certain customers do not miss important appointments
  • Customized reporting
  • Customized web pages and customer portals
  • Compliance and quality control services
  • Instilling accountability across all aspects of a project
